WoW Forever Fury Warrior Build

A dual-wield Fury build for the level 30 cap: crit and Rage from rows 1 and 2, off-hand hit and damage from Furious Precision and Dual Wield Specialization, and Death Wish as point 21.

0 / 21 / 0Level 30 · 21 pointsUpdated 31 October 2026 · Beta 1.60.1, hotfixes to 30 Oct

The talent trees still change between beta builds. We re-check this build on launch day (4 November 2026).

Talent descriptions come from the game client files (build 1.60.1.70707). Some talent values are applied by the game server and can differ in game; ranks marked as Classic Era data are not in the Forever client yet. The trees include the beta's server hotfixes (as of 2026-10-30) from the talentsforever.com data export (CC BY 4.0); icons and names come from the game files.

Talent order by level

  1. 10–14Cruelty×5
  2. 15–19Unbridled Wrath×5
  3. 20–22Furious Precision×3
  4. 23–24Blood Craze×2
  5. 25–29Dual Wield Specialization×5
  6. 30Death Wish

Alternatives

  • With the Talented Legacy perk (+5 points): Enrage x5 for a 30% chance at +10% Physical damage after you get hit.
  • Other Talented options: Improved Execute x2 plus three flexible points. A single point of Flurry is weak, so either commit to it later or skip it.
  • Lingering Rage instead of Blood Craze keeps your Rage from decaying for up to 10 sec longer between pulls, which helps when chain-pulling.
  • If you level solo, consider Protection until 30 and switch to Fury once you own two good one-handers.

Rotation & priority

  1. Keep Battle Shout up.
  2. Execute whenever the target is low enough.
  3. While leveling, stance dance into Battle Stance for Overpower and Rend if you lose little Rage doing it.
  4. Spend excess Rage on Heroic Strike, or Cleave on several targets.
  5. Death Wish for dangerous pulls and elites.
  6. Sunder Armor stacks in groups; Hamstring only with spare Rage.

Stat priority

  1. Hit, since dual wielding misses often
  2. Crit, which gives both damage and Rage
  3. Strength (2 Attack Power per point)
  4. Agility for extra crit
  5. Two fast-enough one-handers: weapon quality matters more than any stat while leveling

How the build works

This Fury Warrior build is about two things: crit and Rage. Cruelty adds 5% melee crit, and Unbridled Wrath gives each weapon hit a 60% chance to generate 1 extra Rage. With two weapons swinging, that second talent keeps your bar full enough to Heroic Strike far more often.

Dual wielding has two weaknesses, and rows 3 and 4 fix them. Furious Precision raises off-hand hit chance by 10%, and Dual Wield Specialization adds 25% off-hand damage and 50% more Rage from off-hand hits. Blood Craze is a light self-heal (2% of your Health over 6 sec after a crit or a big hit) and mostly opens row 4.

Death Wish, your 21st point, increases your Physical damage by 20% for 30 sec and makes you immune to Fear, at the cost of taking 5% more damage. Save it for elites and pulls that could go wrong.

Leveling tips

Spend levels 10 to 19 on Cruelty and Unbridled Wrath; both help even with a two-hander. Furious Precision and Dual Wield Specialization only make sense once you hold two weapons, so get a decent pair before you reach them.

Fury is the weaker leveling spec of the three. You take more damage and rest more often. One popular plan is to level as Protection until 30 and respec to Fury once your gear allows it. In dungeons, Fury is fine as long as someone else tanks.

Changes in WoW Forever

The Fury tree was reworked in early October. Furious Precision is new and took over the hit bonus that used to sit in Dual Wield Specialization. Lingering Rage and Gore Drinker are new as well: the first delays Rage decay after combat, the second makes your Enrage, Berserker Rage, Bloodrage, Death Wish and Bloodthirst effects heal you for 1% of max Health on the next 3 swings. Improved Cleave and the old Precision talent are gone. Bloodthirst still sits at the bottom of the tree, so it waits until level 40.

When you compare Warrior talents across guides, check the date: some September and October pages still list removed talents.

Toward level 60

This part is provisional. The one complete level 60 Fury build so far is a simulator result: about 31 points in Fury (Flurry, Improved Execute, Raging Blows, Bloodthirst) with 18 in Arms for Deep Wounds and Impale. Players disagree on details such as Lingering Rage and Gore Drinker versus Blood Craze and Enrage, and nobody has tested it at the level cap yet.

FAQ

What is the best Fury Warrior build in WoW Forever?

At level 30, go 21 points into Fury: Cruelty, Unbridled Wrath, Furious Precision, two points of Blood Craze, Dual Wield Specialization and Death Wish. With the Talented perk, add Enrage.

Is Fury good for leveling?

It works but is not the easiest choice. Fury takes more damage and needs more downtime, and its strongest talents such as Flurry and Bloodthirst come after level 30.

What stats does a Fury Warrior need?

Hit first because two weapons miss a lot, then crit for damage and Rage, then Strength and Agility. The level 60 priority is still being worked out.

What does the Talented Legacy perk change?

It gives you up to 5 extra talent points at level 30 (26 instead of 21). Fury players usually put them into Enrage.
